Property is in PG County 1.5 miles off of the Capital Beltway and about 13 miles from Washington, D.C. The home dome was built in 1986 and the rest of the additions were built about 15 years ago.
Finished basement is independent apartment / mother-in-law suite (about 1,500 sq. Ft) We have been renting the apartment out for a handful of years to an amazing family and would like to see them stay if new owner is interested in a rental income. We are currently in Arizona and plan to go back to Maryland in a few months to officially put the house up for sale.
