U.S. Payments For Products, Services, Invoices, & Deposits

Now you can pay any invoice or contract deposit or payment to Natural Spaces Domes through our secure payment system online.

A new law went into effect on January 27, 2013, in the United States, that allows us to impose a surcharge on all credit card or PayPal customer transactions. These surcharges allow us to recover the cost of fees imposed upon us that we have been paying to the credit card companies since the dawn of credit cards. Rather than raise the cost of our products, we are choosing to add this surcharge on very large payment amounts. If you pay by personal check, cash, money order, or wire transfer, no surcharge will be added. (Realize that the fee is charged to us, on a $40,000 payment it’s $1,000 and on an $80,000 payment, it’s $2,000). Please contact us to work out what amount would trigger a processing fee and how much that fee would be.

Customers from foreign countries may charge up to $2,000 US dollars for design and engineering services per customer. Additional amounts for design and engineering services may be charged with prior approval by Natural Spaces Domes. Foreign payments for products and dome shell components must be paid by cash, international money order, or bank wire transfer; please note that there are special circumstances where other arrangements can be made with prior approval by Natural Spaces Domes.   1. Simply describe what you want to pay (Invoice #0000, Contract Addn. #1, Work Authorization #1, etc.).
  2. Enter your name as it appears on the Contract / Invoice.
  3. Enter the date on the document.
  4. Enter your credit card information, which will be securely processed by Stripe
  5. We will email you notification after receiving your invoice payment.
