- We first evaluate the leaky single-pane skylight windows

- View from the inside

- We removed the old windows and are noting the excessive caulk used to try and stop the leaking, which did not work

- All 3 skylight windows are removed and the openings are being cleaned up for the new skylight’s installation

- Insulation is replaced and vapor barrier is redone and sealed properly

- We are now installing 3/4″ plywood in the opening, used for the skylight window frame

- And cutting out the exact window dimensions for a perfect fit

- Now it’s time to install the protective Ice & Water Shield

- 2 of the 3, much larger, Triple-pane Low “E”, gas-filled, Solargrey Integral tinted Skylights are in place

- Shingling is replaced
