Radiant floor heating was installed in all 3 of the domes. The large dome is 48 feet in diameter (2518 sf). The 2 smaller ones are 27 ft. each in diameter (764 sf., each). Total of 4046 sf for all 3 domes total. These domes are fire proof, wind proof, earthquake proof etc.

The Large dome has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, high ceilings, office space and a huge master bedroom with walk-in closet. The bathroom of the master bedroom has a Jacuzzi tub and cedar fronted cabinets. There is a door in the bathroom that goes out to a railed deck to view beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There are also 2 other balconies with railings on each side (west and east) of the large dome for you to view the beautiful scenery. This unit has a wood stove, fans in the living room, office space, dining area and master bedroom. The living room is open-spaced and has a 24 foot ceiling, displaying the arch of the dome. There is also a utility room, a mudroom and a pantry in this unit.

There is an easily accessible 400 amp electrical panel for your convenience. In addition to the 400 amp panel, there is access to a buried electrical line, the complete length on the north edge of the 40 acres.

The well house is placed on top of the well rings. The well has a 1700 gallon holding tank, produces 1.75 gpm and is 400 Ft deep. Pressure tank and controlling electronics have been moved out of the well rings and into the well house for easy access. A water softener and filtering system is also located in the well house.

There is an industrial sized greenhouse with electricity also brought to it. There are raised beds, shelves, and doors. You can container grow, grow in the beds or just sit inside and enjoy the warmth. Brand new plastic.

There are 7 frost free faucets scattered around the needed areas and a hand pump on the well for emergencies.
