Super-Wal extension framing arches (15” thick and made up of double 2” x 4” members) are placed 16” to 24” on center starting at the dome and continuing to the end wall of the extension. At that point, we use arches made up of 2”X8” pieces. These 2”x8” arches sit on top of the foundation extension “wing” walls and form the rain/snow canopy over the doors and windows. Arches are shipped pre-assembled in two sections due to size restrictions of the semi-trailer. Nails are provided for on-site joining of the two sections. The roof pitch is 4/12, allowing you to use shingles.
