Janet was the featured guest speaker at the National Conference of the American Wind Energy Association (Windpower ’94 in Minneapolis). She spoke on the topic, “If We Legislate, Will They Come?”, and was presented with, (my personal favorite plaque of hers), the Wind Generator award
