These are glass units we have in stock. The sale price includes our complete framing and flashing system. You have a choice of any of over 29 flashing colors. Crating and shipping will be quoted based on the destination. Skylights can be picked up at our shop in North Branch without crating charges. Allow 5 to 10 days for framing and flashing. All skylights use 3/16″ or 1/4″ tempered glass in all panes. Skylights include lag screws for mounting and membrane flashing for integrating to a shingle roof. There is a minimum 1 year warranty on these sale skylights. Some units may have longer warranties. Call for ordering and shipping information.
