Bob & his contractor Marty erected four 30′ low profile domes, all of them connected in a “Y” shape with 12′ long connecting links. Bob was just about to add a 30′ low profile dome to his existing double dome when the California wild fires burnt them to the ground. After regrouping, he decided he couldn’t live in anything but a dome – 4 of them. Needless to say, special fire-proofing techniques have been incorporated in this design.
