For optimum ventilation in our top of the dome view cupola, we offer Marvin’s’ Elevate casement units (side mounted hinges). The sash opens to a 90° angle catching the maximum wind blowing around your attic cupola. By placing two 24″ wide units side by side, you can capture the wind from both directions. Includes screen. Other sizes & options available. Prices will be quoted on a per job basis, prior to contract. These units are quality wood windows with Ultrex clad exteriors – made in Minnesota

Base Price – Double-pane, insulated glass with Low “E3” coating and argon gas (R-Value is 3.57. U-Value is .27. SHGC – .20) (Triple pane R-Values is 5.0 U-Value is .20, SHGC .27)

For tempered glass combined with High-R Tri-pane Glazing, contact us for special quote. For sea coast location, stainless steel hardware is available. “Storm Plus” Super Laminated glass is also available for coastal high winds. For high altitude locations, capillary breather tubes are available. (This eliminates the use of argon or krypton gas between panes).
