The dome is a 22' / 6.7 M diameter, 3 frequency geodesic dome being erected as a
survival shelter 1000 feet below the peak of Mt. Elbrus (over 18,000 feet high)
in Southern Russia, near the border of Georgia and just East of the Black Sea.
Mt. Elbrus is the highest peak in Europe.
